DELIVERY INFORMATION

Ensuring your goods to arrive smoothly at your doorstep is of utmost importance to us. That’s why we ask that your order be signed for.

1. How to Track your Order

To track your order delivery, login your account and click on “order history”. This will enable you to check the current status of your order.

Alternatively, if your order is severely overdue, please contact us at info@sannyjoleen.com and we will revert back to you within 24 hours.

 

 

2. Delivery Time & Cost - International

We are pleased to have delivery to most of the countries internationally. Orders for countries outside Malaysia are sent by Air Delivery only.

 

Estimated timeframe for air delivery :–  3 - 8 business days from time of dispatch

 

*Kindly note that Air Delivery timeframe is based from time of dispatch, not from the moment you place the order.

 

If you place your order during a business day before 11am, your order will be dispatched on the same business day; otherwise if later than 11am, your packages will be dispatched on the next business day. We cannot specify the exact time of your delivery; just the possible timeframe and a notification email will be sent when your packages are picked up by the postman. All deliveries are made at 10am-6pm, Monday to Friday.

 

Delivery costs will be calculated based on the location of an order being sent, the weight and size of the packages at the checkout.

 

Estimated cost of delivery – RM100 – RM150

 

*You may need to pay customs or import duties on your order, once it reaches your homeland. It is totally out of our control in predicting the charges that might be incurred on your packages. Therefore, we shall not be responsible for any customs or import duties under any conditions. Customs policies vary from country to country. As such if you would like to have more information, please contact your local custom office. Besides, customs may also delay delivery of orders. This is out of our controls.

 

 

3. Delivery Time & Cost - Malaysia

 

Free Delivery within Malaysia

Wonderful!  No minimum amount of order needed, we offer FREE delivery to all orders sent within Malaysia. We often use Pos Laju with tracking number for local delivery.

 

Estimated timeframe (East Malaysia) – 1-3 business days
Estimated timeframe (West Malaysia) – 3-6 business days

4. Places we can't deliver to

For reasons out of our control, we can’t deliver to any of the following:

  • Military Bases / British Forces Post Office
  • HM Prisons
  • P.O. Boxes

RETURN POLICY

 

a) How to Return

We receive return of goods back to us. All return goods must be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

 

To make a return:

1. Email us at info@sannyjoleen.com to inform the need to return and state the reason for returning.

2. Deliver the item back with its original packaging to:

3. We will send you an email notification once we have received your returned item and process your request within 14 days of receiving your package.

 

b) Return Information

 

1, We accept returns within 14 days of receipt of the goods. In any case, you must return the goods back to us in their original condition, then we will make a refund of your purchase to you. If they are not, we may be unable to accept them. We may make a deduction from the refund for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

 

2. We highly recommend you to send your item with a reliable courier service with parcel tracking service. You shall be responsible for all the goods sent until they arrive at our office, and agreed to held for all the cost associated with the return of your purchased item to us.

 

3. When the goods you send back to us are in their original condition, we will refund your purchase within 14 days of receiving your package. As long as you are happy, we are happy too!

 

 

c) Cancellation

You may cancel your order if we haven’t dispatch your order. However, if we have dispatched your order, we are regret that we are unable to cancel your confirmed order.
